Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

By using this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who we are. Print2Elevate (“we”) is a print brokerage based in Ottawa, Ontario. We source print products from a network of third-party print shops and manage orders on behalf of our clients. We are not a print manufacturer; we do not operate the presses that produce your order.

2. Quotes. All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change if specifications, quantities, or timelines change after quoting. Quotes do not constitute a contract; an order is only confirmed once you approve a final quote in writing (email is fine) and payment terms are agreed.

3. Orders and payment. For V1, orders are confirmed and invoiced outside this website — typically by email, with payment via Stripe payment link, e-transfer, or cheque. Unless otherwise agreed, orders require payment in full before production begins. Rush orders require payment upfront; we confirm within 2 business hours whether we can meet the rush deadline. If we cannot, we refund in full.

4. Design files. You are responsible for providing print-ready files meeting the specifications we send you, or for engaging our design service. We review files for obvious print issues (bleed, resolution, color mode) but do not guarantee catch-all proofing. Once you approve a proof, the order proceeds and the final print result is as approved.

5. Production and delivery. Production times are quoted per order and depend on the printing partner selected. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Local pickup options may be available for rush orders in the Ottawa / Gatineau region.

6. Cancellation and refunds. Orders can be cancelled before production begins; any payments made will be refunded less any design or file-prep work already performed. Orders in production cannot be cancelled. If a print product is defective (misprinted, damaged in transit), we will replace it at no cost after inspection. Minor color variation within commercial print tolerances is not considered a defect.

7. Intellectual property. You retain all rights to designs and files you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce any content you send us. If we create a design for you, you own the final design upon full payment. We may showcase anonymized samples in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

11. Contact. Questions? Email print2elevate@gmail.com or call 613-799-3694.

These terms are a plain-English template. Before relying on them for any legal matter, have them reviewed by a Canadian commercial lawyer.
