Custom Apparel FAQ

Screen printing, embroidery, or heat transfer — which should I choose?

Screen printing is the most cost-effective for larger runs with a few colours. Embroidery looks premium on polos, hats, and hoodies. Heat transfer (DTF) handles full-colour designs and small quantities well.

What’s the minimum order?

It depends on the method. Heat transfer can start at a handful of pieces; screen printing usually makes sense from about 24 pieces up. Tell us your quantity and we’ll recommend the best method.

Can I mix sizes and colours?

Yes. Mixed sizes are standard. Mixing garment colours is usually possible too, though it can affect pricing for screen printing.

How long does apparel take?

Typically 7–10 business days after proof approval. If you have an event date, put it in your quote request and we’ll work back from it.

Do you have eco-friendly options?

Yes — organic cotton and recycled-blend garments are available from several of our partners. Ask in your quote.
