Do I have to print with you to use your design service?
Design is built to pair with print, so most clients do both. If you only need design, ask — we’ll quote it on its own.
How many concepts and revisions do I get?
It depends on the project type. Every design quote spells out the number of concepts and revision rounds up front, so there are no surprises.
How does the design subscription work?
You pay a monthly fee and get a bank of design hours you can use across any print job. Members save up to 77% compared with paying per project. Starter and Business memberships are available — request pricing for details.
Who owns the final design?
You do. Once the design is paid in full, the final files are yours to use however you like.
Can you work from my existing brand or logo?
Yes. Send us your logo, colours, and any brand guidelines, and we’ll design within them. No guidelines yet? We can help with that too.
