Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Print2Elevate (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is written to comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. What we collect. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect: your email address, and optionally your phone number, WhatsApp preference, preferred contact time, the details of your print project (product, quantity, specs, deadline, design preference), and any additional notes. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, approximate region, device type) to improve the site. We do not use cookies for advertising.

2. Why we collect it. We use your information only to: respond to your quote or question, prepare and send pricing, communicate with you about your order, and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Who sees it. Your information is accessible to Print2Elevate staff involved in your quote. When we place an order with a printing partner on your behalf, we share only the information required to fulfill that order (for example, shipping address and file specifications). Our print partners are bound by their own privacy obligations.

4. How we store it. Quote submissions are stored in a secure Google Sheet and transactional email system. Analytics are processed by our analytics provider (Plausible or Google Analytics 4 — see footer for current provider).

5. Retention. We retain quote and order information for up to 7 years for accounting and tax purposes, then delete it. Analytics data is retained per the provider’s default policy.

6. Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing print2elevate@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security. We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, reputable service providers). No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Children. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes. We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be announced on this page.

10. Contact. Questions? Email print2elevate@gmail.com or call 613-799-3694.

This policy is a plain-English template. Before relying on it for any legal matter, have it reviewed by a Canadian privacy lawyer.
